ClawKid machines are designed for tight, high-traffic spots. If you have a pillar, a passage or a food-court edge, we can make it work.
Floor Space
Minimum 25 sq ft for a 2-machine setup; 50–80 sq ft for a 4–6 machine zone. Wall-backed or pillar-side placements preferred.

One standard 15A / 230V socket per 2–3 machines. Each machine draws under 150W — less than a ceiling fan.

Does the mall have to invest anything?
No. ClawKid provides the machines, toys, coins, staff, maintenance and insurance. The venue provides the space and a power point, and earns from day one.
How much space is needed?
Each machine occupies roughly 3 × 3 ft. A typical 4-machine zone needs 50–60 sq ft including player standing area. We can also do 2-machine placements beside pillars.
How are earnings tracked and shared?
Every machine has a digital play counter. Coin sales are reconciled weekly and you receive a monthly statement with total plays, gross revenue and your share, paid by bank transfer.
Who handles complaints, breakdowns and refunds?
ClawKid. Our helpline number is printed on every machine and our service team responds within 24 hours. Your staff never need to get involved.
What is the contract duration?
Our standard agreement is 12 months with a 30-day notice on either side after the lock-in. Short-term festive activations (Diwali, Christmas, summer holidays) are also available.
Can machines be branded to match the venue?
Yes. Cabinet wraps, floor mats and signage can carry your mall's branding alongside ClawKid's, and prizes can be customised for themed events.
